Chapter Commentary:

I hope I don’t die for this. I seriously do.

I have no idea whether 151 months in prison is what you’d get sentenced to if you illegally possessed hazardous materials, endangered the welfare of a child, and accidentally blew up your house. That just seemed like the most reasonable sentence to me given the California guidelines. Please feel free to call me out for it if I’m wrong.

Also note that the dates shown are just for me to keep the chronology of events organized. I do this with my other fic, too. It’s in no way cannon with the MCU, but then again, nothing else in this story is so it really doesn’t matter, does it?

Jared’s Galeria of Jewelry: A jewelry store franchise that I know they have on the East Coast, but I’m not sure if they have stores on the West Coast. If not, I’m sorry for the anachronism.

“…South Grevillea Avenue in Lenox.”: An actual street and neighborhood in Los Angeles. So is the location of Stark Industries. No actual addresses were listed, though.

Pacific Coast Highway: A highway stretching the length of the California coast. I saw the Ride With Norman Reedus episode where he drove down the Pacific Coast Highway and it was absolutely breath-taking! I highly recommend you check it out.
